When you fundraise with Oliver's Labels, you are selling something that parents actually need while reducing your lost-and-found pile and earning 20% commission. It’s a win-win-win! The program is designed to be as easy as possible. You share your custom referral link and we do all the rest.

When you register, you (as the administrator of the fundraiser) will be asked to create a fundraiser account login and to choose a suffix for your custom referral link. For example, if you choose “happydaycare” then your referral link will be ”www.oliverslabels.com/happydaycare”. Once you submit your registration, an Oliver’s Labels support member will contact you to confirm whether the referral link has been approved or rejected and answer any questions before getting started. The Oliver’s Labels support member will activate your fundraiser account and you will be able to login to your fundraising account and access pages such as Commissions, Marketing Materials, Program Info, and Terms and Conditions.

There is no start and end date for your fundraising account so you can continue to share your referral link year after year and your commissions never expire.

The Marketing Materials page is full of nifty marketing materials “stamped” with your referral link. There are digital assets such as banners, social media images and eBlasts as well as printable materials like pocket flyers, brochures and posters.

When a person uses your referral link, a cookie is stored in their browser so that if they return to the Oliver’s Labels website up to a year later, the fundraiser will continue to get commission on their purchases.

Should you decide to dedicate some form of social media to your fundraising efforts (like a Facebook fan page, blog or Twitter account), we ask that you call it, “Happy Daycare loves Oliver’s Labels” to avoid any confusion with the official Oliver’s Labels social media accounts.

The Commissions page allows you to keep track of orders that have been placed through your referral link, and have shipped (orders that are incomplete or not yet shipped do not appear). You can view the order number, order subtotal and the commission earned. During the online checkout process, the customer has the option to share their name with the fundraiser. If this is selected, the customer’s name will appear with their order number. If it is not selected, the customer will be listed as “private”.

You can request your commission right from the Commissions page. You have two payment options: check or Oliver’s Labels gift card. We will use the information in your fundraising account to send the funds directly to the organization. Please ensure the information in the account profile is correct and up-to-date.
